We are currently looking for flexible, reliable, and motivated individuals. Full and part time work is available covering mornings, evenings, nights, and weekends. Flexibility is extremely important as you may have to cover emergency shifts.

We ensure an enhanced DBS check is completed and a number of compliance checks are undertaken prior to joining.

Our staff are equipped with all mandatory training such as moving and handling, care certificate, health and safety and other basic first aid/life support as required by CQC essential standard.

Training

All our staff receive the appropriate mandatory induction training and annual appraisals directly from us that are CQC compliant. Some of the courses are delivered face-to-face or are completed on-line via e-learning courses using an accredited training provider.

Our in-house trainer, is a qualified RGN Nurse that delivers Training to all our staff to enable them to perform accurate manual and mechanical vital observations, using a competence-based assessment. Workers can only achieve this competence through an understanding of the theory and relating this to practice.

All our staff are competent and ready for the appropriate shifts before we place them anywhere.

At BeWell Healthcare offer training solutions to ensure staff have received fully vetted training. Our training consists of:

Manual handling: Our in-house training is specialized in manual handling
On-line health training course
Shadow shifts provided to ensure our staff can reach their maximum competency through an understanding of the theory relating to health care
